Preamble
WHEREAS it appears by a Message from His Honour Donald S. Ethell, Lieutenant Governor of the Province of Alberta, and the Supplementary Supply Estimates accompanying the Message, that the sums hereinafter mentioned are required to defray certain charges and expenses of the Public Service of Alberta not otherwise provided for during the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011 and for other purposes relating thereto:
MAY IT THEREFORE PLEASE YOUR MAJESTY that it be enacted and be it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, as follows: Expense and equipment/inventory purchases
1   From the General Revenue Fund, there may be paid and applied a sum of $638 656 000 towards defraying the further charges and expenses of the Public Service classed as expense and equipment/inventory purchases for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011, not otherwise provided for, as shown in the Schedule.
Capital investment
2   From the General Revenue Fund, there may be paid and applied a sum of $371 000 towards defraying the further charges and expenses of the Public Service classed as capital investment for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011, not otherwise provided for, as shown in the Schedule.
Non‑budgetary disbursements
3   From the General Revenue Fund, there may be paid and applied a sum of $124 303 000 towards defraying the further charges and expenses of the Public Service classed as non‑budgetary disbursements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011, not otherwise provided for, as shown in the Schedule.
Transfers
4   The sum of $25 112 000 in the capital investment vote of the Department of Treasury Board, is transferred to the capital investment vote of the Department of Solicitor General and Public Security, as shown in the Schedule.
Accountability
5   The due application of all money expended under this Act shall be accounted for. Schedule
