ALBERTA TURKEY PRODUCERS FEDERAL AUTHORIZATION ORDER Definitions
1   In this Order,
                                 (a)    “Board” means the board known as the Alberta Turkey Producers;
                                 (b)    “Federal Orders” means the Orders, Proclamations and Regulations made under the Canada Act.
Authorization
2   The Council hereby authorizes the Board to perform all functions and duties and exercise all powers imposed or conferred on the Board under the Canada Act and the Federal Orders.
Repeal
3   The Alberta - Canada Turkey Marketing Regulations (AR 63/75) are repealed.
4   Repealed AR 209/2002 s2.
