ALBERTA CANOLA PRODUCERS COMMISSION FEDERAL AUTHORIZATION ORDER
Definitions 1   In this order,
                                 (a)    “Commission” means the commission known as the Alberta Canola Producers Commission;
                              (a.1)    “Council” means the Alberta Agricultural Products Marketing Council;
                                 (b)    “Federal Act” means the Agricultural Products Marketing Act (Canada).
                                 (c)    repealed AR 88/2008 s2.

Authorization
2   The Council hereby authorizes the Commission to perform all functions and duties and exercise all powers imposed or conferred on the Commission under the Federal Act.
