Amending O. Reg. 482/73

(County of Halton (now The Regional Municipality of Halton), City of Burlington)

1. Subparagraph 1 (iv) of subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 482/73 is amended by adding the following sub-subparagraph:

T. That parcel of land in the City of Burlington (formerly in the Township of East Flamborough) in The Regional Municipality of Halton located in Lot 13, in Concession 1, being part of Park Lots 20 and 21 on Registered Plan PF 337 designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 20R-10088 and identified as Property Identifier Number 07191-0148 (LT) and part of Park Lot 20 on Registered Plan PF 337 as described in Instrument Number 419510 and identified as Property Identifier Number 07191-0052 (LT), registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Halton (No. 20).

2. Section 147 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
