Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. (1) Paragraphs 10, 11 and 12 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Cochrane — Town of Kapuskasing — Township of Val Rita-Harty

10. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 15 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Airport Place in the Town of Kapuskasing and a point situate 265 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Du Marais Avenue in the Township of Val Rita-Harty.

District of Cochrane — Township of Val Rita-Harty

11. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Township of Val Rita-Harty in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 135 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Du Parc Avenue and a point situate 275 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Belanger Road.

District of Cochrane — Township of Val Rita-Harty — Township of Opasatika

12. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 1061 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Belanger Road in the Township of Val Rita-Harty and a point situate 25 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the road allowance between Lots 24 and 25 in Concession 11 in the geographic Township of Idington in the Township of Opasatika.

(2) Paragraph 44 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Cochrane — Towship of Opasatika — Township of Mattice-Val Cote

44. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 25 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hyundai Road in the Township of Opasatika and a point situate at its intersection with the easterly limit of the road allowance between Lots 24 and 25 in Concession 3 in the geographic Township of Eilber in the Township of Mattice-Val Cote.

(3) Paragraph 14 of Part 5 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Cochrane — Township of Opasatika

14. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Township of Opasatika in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 25 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the road allowance between Lots 24 and 25 in Concession 11 in the geographic Township of Idington and a point situate 25 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hyundai Road.

(4) Paragraph 24 of Part 5 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Cochrane — Township of Val Rita-Harty

24. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Township of Val Rita-Harty in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 265 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Du Marais Avenue and a point situate 135 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Du Parc Avenue.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
