Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. (1) Paragraph 3 of Part 3 of Schedule 91 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Simcoe — Towns of New Tecumseth and Innisfil

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 165 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as 6th Line in the Town of New Tecumseth and a point situate 715 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as County Road 27 in the Town of Innisfil.

(2) Paragraph 6 of Part 3 of Schedule 91 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Simcoe — Town of Innisfil, Twp. of West Gwillimbury

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 843 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as County Road 27 in the Town of Innisfil and a point situate 152 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the line between Lots 6 and 7 in Concession 1 in the Town of Innisfil and Lots 6 and 7 in Concession 14 in the Township of West Gwillimbury.

(3) Part 4 of Schedule 91 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Simcoe — Town of New Tecumseth

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 in the Town of New Tecumseth in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as County Road 10 and a point situate 165 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as 6th Line.

(4) Paragraph 2 of Part 5 of Schedule 91 to the Regulation is revoked.

(5) Paragraph 3 of Part 5 of Schedule 91 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Simcoe — Twp. of Adjala Tosorontio

Town of New Tecumseth

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 in the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio and the Town of New Tecumseth in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 870 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the roadway known as County Road 15 and a point situate 300 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Concession Road 7 North/Dean Drive.

(6) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 6 of Schedule 91 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

Simcoe — Town of Innisfil

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 in the Town of Innisfil in the County of Simcoe beginning at a point situate 650 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as County Road 27 and extending easterly for a distance of 193 metres.

Simcoe — Town of Innisfil

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 89 in the Town of Innisfil in the County of Simcoe beginning at a point situate 650 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as County Road 27 and extending westerly for a distance of 65 metres.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
