Amending O. Reg. 69/01

(General)

1. (1) Subsection 1.1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 69/01 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

3.1 Section 171.1 (making sexually explicit material available to child).

(2) Paragraph 4 of subsection 1.1 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. Section 172.1 (luring a child).

(3) Subsection 1.1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

4.1 Section 172.2 (agreement or arrangement — sexual offence against child).

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2), (3) and (4), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on the later of the day section 21 of the Safe Streets and Communities Act (Canada) comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of the day section 22 of the Safe Streets and Communities Act (Canada) comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(4) Subsection 1 (3) comes into force on the later of the day section 23 of the Safe Streets and Communities Act (Canada) comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
