Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. (1) Paragraph 12 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulations is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Sudbury — Twp. of Baldwin

18. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Township of Baldwin in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 460 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hardwood Road in the hamlet of McKerrow and a point situate 470 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 6.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
