Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Part 3 of Schedule 6 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Lanark — Town of Carleton Place and Twp. of Drummond-North Elmsley

10. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the County of Lanark lying between a point situate 1000 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 15 in the Town of Carleton Place and a point situate 470 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Morris Road in the Township of Drummond-North Elmsley.

Lanark — Twp. of Tay Valley

Frontenac — Twp. of Central Frontenac

11. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 lying between a point situate 420 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lanark Road No. 511 in the Township of Tay Valley in the County of Lanark and a point situate 340 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Central Frontenac Road No. 38 in the Township of Central Frontenac in the County of Frontenac.

Frontenac — Twp. of Central Frontenac

Lennox and Addington — Twp. of Addington Highlands

12. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 lying between a point situate 370 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Central Frontenac Road No. 38 in the Township of Central Frontenac in the County of Frontenac and a point situate 550 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 41 in the Township of Addington Highlands in the County of Lennox and Addington.

Lennox and Addington — Twp. of Addington Highlands

Hastings — Municipality of Marmora and Lake

13. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 lying between a point situate 480 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 41 in the in the Township of Addington Highlands in the County of Lennox and Addington and a point situate 30 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Maloney Street in the Municipality of Marmora and Lake in the County of Hastings.

(2) Paragraph 5 of Part 4 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Frontenac — Twp. of Central Frontenac

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Township of Central Frontenac in the County of Frontenac lying between a point situate 340 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Central Frontenac Road No. 38 and a point situate 370 metres measured westerly from the said intersection.

(3) Paragraph 4 of Part 5 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Lanark — Twps. of Drummond-North Elmsley and Tay Valley

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the County of Lanark lying between a point situate 470 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the roadway known as Morris Road in the Township of Drummond-North Elmsley and a point situate 420 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lanark Road No. 511 in the Township of Tay Valley.

(4) Paragraphs 7, 8 and 12 of Part 5 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation are revoked.

(5) Paragraph 21 of Part 5 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Lennox and Addington — Twp. of Addington Highlands

21. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Township of Addington Highlands in the County of Lennox and Addington lying between a point situate 550 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 41 and a point situate 480 metres measured westerly from the said intersection.

(6) Paragraph 13 of Part 6 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Hastings — Village of Marmora

13. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Village of Marmora in the County of Hastings beginning at a point situate at the easterly limit of the bridge over the Crowe River and extending westerly for a distance of 565 metres.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
