Amending O. Reg. 468/11

(ONTARIO TRILLIUM BENEFIT)

Note: Ontario Regulation 468/11 has not previously been amended.

1. (1) Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 468/11 is amended by striking out the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting the following:

Prescribed payments for months after June 2013

2. If the total amount of an individual’s Ontario Trillium Benefit is greater than $2 but not more than $360 for the 12 months that relate to a particular base taxation year ending after 2011, the amount of the payments to the individual and the manner and time in which the payments are to be made to the individual shall be determined in accordance with the following rules:

(2) Paragraph 2 of section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$240” and substituting “$360”.

(3) Paragraph 3 of section 2 of the Regulation is revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2013.
