Amending O. Reg. 278/11

(SCOPE OF PRACTICE — TRADES IN THE SERVICE SECTOR)

Note: Ontario Regulation 278/11 has not previously been amended.

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 278/11 is amended by striking out “aboriginal child care practitioner” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “aboriginal child development practitioner”.

2. Section 12 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “child care practitioner” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “child development practitioner”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
