AMENDMENTS TO TABLE 1 OF THE ACT

Amendment

1. (1) Table 1 of the Ontario Labour Mobility Act, 2009 is amended by adding the following item:

33.1

Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009

Amendment

(2) Items 46 and 60 of Table 1 of the Act are revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 103 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
