(COUNTY OF HALTON (NOW PART OF THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITIES OF HALTON AND PEEL), TOWN OF OAKVILLE (NOW PART OF THE TOWNS OF HALTON HILLS, MILTON, OAKVILLE AND THE CITY OF MISSISSAUGA))
1. Ontario Regulation 481/73 is amended by adding the following section:
91. (1) Despite section 4, an outdoor golf driving range, practice putting and chipping areas, together with accessory buildings and structures, which may include a retail shop for the sale of golf equipment and supplies, an office, a retail shop for the sale of food and beverages, and an equipment maintenance shed, may be erected, located and used on the lands described in subsection (2) if the following requirements are met:

300 metres
Minimum lot area
16 hectares
Minimum front yard
15 metres
Minimum rear yard
15 metres
Minimum side yard
15 metres
Maximum height of buildings and structures
10.5 metres
Maximum floor area of buildings and structures
360 square metres
Maximum number of parking spaces
90 spaces
(2) Subsection (1) applies to that parcel of land in the Town of Oakville in The Regional Municipality of Halton (formerly the County of Halton), being those lands in part of Lot 30 in Concession 2, Trafalgar North of Dundas Street, more particularly identified as Property Identifier Number 24928-0016 (LT), registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Halton (No. 20).

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
