Amending Reg. 829 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 13 (1) of Regulation 829 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following clause:

(a.1) leave a vehicle parked in a place if the time limit for parking in that place has expired according to a parking meter or pay and display device authorized by the Commission;

2. (1) Paragraph 3 of subsection 22 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. For a Class 3 sight-seeing vehicle licence, the amount provided in Table 2.

(2) Section 22 of the Regulation, as amended by subsection (1), is revoked and the following substituted:

22. (1) The fee for a guide licence is $65.

(2) The fee for a Class 1 sight-seeing vehicle licence is $250.

(3) The fee for a Class 2 sight-seeing vehicle licence is $375.

(4) The fee for a Class 3 sight-seeing vehicle licence is the amount provided in Table 2.

(5) There is no fee for a Class 4 sight-seeing vehicle licence.

3. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Table:

Commencement

4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2013 and the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 2 (2) comes into force on the later of January 1, 2014 and the day this Regulation is filed.
