Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. The definition of “schedule of laboratory benefits” in subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

10. The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care document titled “Addendum Dated April 30, 2013 (Effective as of May 30, 2013) to the Schedule of Benefits for Laboratory Services”;

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on May 30, 2013.
