Amending Reg. 171 of R.R.O. 1990

(AGGREGATE RESOURCES ACT)

1. Section 2 of Regulation 171 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following clause:

(i) any undertaking in relation to which a hearing is required or may be required under the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2013 and the day it is filed.
