Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 29 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

(2) Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

District of Sudbury — City of Greater Sudbury

41. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury lying between a point situate 170 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mountainview Road and a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Municipal Road 55 East Junction.

District of Sudbury — City of Greater Sudbury

42. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury lying in the westbound lanes beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Municipal Road 55 East Junction and extending westerly for a distance of 1166 metres.

District of Sudbury — City of Greater Sudbury

43. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury lying between a point situate 1166 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the roadway known as Municipal Road 55 East Junction and a point situate 600 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Municipal Road 55 Hamlet of Lively.

(3) Paragraph 16 of Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Sudbury — City of Greater Sudbury

16. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury lying between a point situate 110 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Robinson Drive and a point situate 170 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mountainview Road.

(4) Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Sudbury — City of Greater Sudbury

41. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury lying in the eastbound lanes beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Municipal Road 55 East Junction and extending westerly for a distance of 1166 metres.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
