Amending O. Reg. 666/98

(possession, buying and selling of wildlife)

1. Section 3.1 of Ontario Regulation 666/98 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(4.1) Despite subsection 64 (1) of the Act and for the purposes of subsection (4), a licence to possess a pelt may be issued to a person under 16 years of age who holds a trapping licence.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
