Amending O. Reg. 361/07

(INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED TO THE REGISTRAR)

1. Section 5 of Ontario Regulation 361/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

Information re criminal record

5. An individual licensee shall notify the Registrar in writing within five days after he or she is convicted or found guilty of an offence that is prescribed under Ontario Regulation 37/08 (Eligibility to Hold a Licence — Clean Criminal Record) made under the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
