Amending O. Reg. 107/99

(GENERAL)

1. Section 8 of Ontario Regulation 107/99 is revoked.

2. Paragraph 4 of section 1 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Fees payable to a court reporter” at the beginning and substituting “Fees payable to an authorized court transcriptionist under Ontario Regulation 94/14 (Fees for Court Transcripts) made under the Administration of Justice Act”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of May 1, 2014 and the day it is filed.
