Amending O. Reg. 134/98

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 39 (1) of Ontario Regulation 134/98 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

25.2 A payment received by a class member from the Settlement Fund in the Rideau Regional Centre class action.

25.3 A payment received by a class member from the Settlement Fund in the Southwestern Regional Centre class action.

2. Subsection 54 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

13.2 A payment received by a class member from the Settlement Fund in the Rideau Regional Centre class action.

13.3 A payment received by a class member from the Settlement Fund in the Southwestern Regional Centre class action.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
