Amending O. Reg. 315/07

(DESIGNATION OF CONSERVATION RESERVES)

1. Schedule 95 to Ontario Regulation 315/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 95
THESSALON RIVER DELTA/ROCK LAKE RED OAK CONSERVATION RESERVE

In the geographic Township of Aberdeen, in the Territorial District of Algoma, containing 325 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic Township, designated as Parts 1 to 5, both inclusive, on a Plan known as Thessalon River Delta/Rock Lake Red Oak Conservation Reserve, filed on March 5, 2014 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
