(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2013-2014 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)
1. (1) Subsection 43 (1) of Ontario Regulation 120/13 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
12.1 Multiply the site participation factor set out in Column 2 of Table 14.1 opposite the name of the board by the effectiveness and efficiency rating set out in Column 3 of the Table opposite the site participation factor.
12.2 Multiply the amount determined under paragraph 12 by the number determined under paragraph 12.1.
(2) Paragraph 20 of subsection 43 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraphs 15 and 19” and substituting “paragraphs 12.2, 15 and 19”.
2. (1) Section 55 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
3.1 Add the amount determined under paragraph 3 to the amount set out in Column 5 of Table 27.0.1 opposite the name of the board.

5.1 Determine the total construction costs incurred by the board in the fiscal year, and reported by August 31, 2014, for the capital priority projects listed in Column 3 of Table 27.0.1 opposite the name of the board.
(2) Paragraph 6 of section 55 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “under paragraphs 4 and 5” at the end and substituting “under paragraphs 4, 5 and 5.1”.
(3) Paragraph 7 of section 55 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “under paragraphs 3 and 6” at the end and substituting “under paragraphs 3.1 and 6”.
3. Subparagraph 1 i of subsection 63 (3) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following sub-subparagraph:
B.1 the total of all amounts, if any, received by the board in respect of the 2013 calendar year from a municipality under subsections 353 (4), (4.1) and 366 (3) of the Municipal Act, 2001,
4. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Tables:
