Amending O. Reg. 76/14
(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)
1. Subsection 3 (9) of Ontario Regulation 76/14 is amended by striking out “revised March 2014” and substituting “revised April 2014”.
2. Subsection 16 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) It is a condition of the payment of a grant to a board under this Regulation that the board submit the reports required by Ontario Regulation 132/12 (Class Size) made under the Act, respecting class size in its elementary and secondary schools, to the Minister by October 31, 2014.
3. Paragraph 4 of section 21 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “integration and collaboration” and substituting “collaboration and integration”.
4. Subsection 44 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “revised March 2014” and substituting “revised April 2014”.
5. Paragraph 7 of subsection 58 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
7. Add the amount determined under paragraph 6 to the sum of the following amounts:
i. The amount set out in Column 2 of Table 26 opposite the name of the board.
ii. The amount determined under paragraph 5 of subsection 57 (1) of the 2013-2014 grant regulation.
6. (1) Clause 63 (3) (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “revised March 2014” and substituting “revised April 2014”.
(2) Clause 63 (3) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “revised March 2014” and substituting “revised April 2014”.
7. Subparagraph 1 i of subsection 64 (3) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following sub-subparagraph:
B.1 the total of all amounts, if any, received by the board in respect of the 2014 calendar year from a municipality under subsections 353 (4), (4.1) and 366 (3) of the Municipal Act, 2001,
8. Items 17, 18, 19, 46 and 47 of Table 18 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
