Amending O. Reg. 114/94

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 5 of the definition of “premises” in subsection 44 (1) of Ontario Regulation 114/94 is revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2014 and the day it is filed.
