Amending Reg. 1096 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Section 2 of Regulation 1096 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Form 1” at the end and by substituting “a form entitled “Order to Destroy Noxious Weeds or Weed Seeds”, dated 2014/04 and available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository”.
2. The Schedule to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
