Amending Reg. 54 of R.R.O. 1990

(LICENCE FEES)

1. Subsection 8 (1) of Regulation 54 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding “or” at the end of clause (b) and by adding the following clause:

(c) the cattle being sold are veal cattle within the meaning of Ontario Regulation 272/14 (Veal Cattle - Plan) made under the Farm Products Marketing Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2015.
