Amending O. Reg. 431/07

(PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS)

1. Subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 431/07 is amended by striking out “The OPA” at the beginning and substituting “The IESO”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
