Amending O. Reg. 351/12

(registrationS under part ii.2 of the act — waste management systems)

1. Section 6 of Ontario Regulation 351/12 is amended by striking out “the fifth anniversary of the day section 2 of this Regulation comes into force” and substituting “November 18, 2022”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
