1 These Regulations may be cited as the Hatchery Exclusion Regulations.

Exclusions

2 The following buildings and premises are excluded from the definition hatchery:

(a) any buildings or premises that have an incubator capacity of less than 1,000 eggs; and
(b) any buildings or premises that are not used to store for incubation chicken, turkey, duck, goose or game bird eggs.
