Marginal note:Timing of laws

1 The council of a first nation that makes a property taxation law shall make the laws referred to in section 10 of the First Nations Fiscal and Statistical Management ActFootnote 1 on the fourteenth day after the day established for the setting of the tax rates applicable to lands that are adjacent to the reserve and subject to provincial jurisdiction.
