Interpretation

1 In these Regulations, Act means the Insurance Companies Act.

Exemption Circumstances

2 For the purpose of section 1047 of the Act, the prescribed circumstances are that the exemption does not prejudice any of the shareholders or policyholders entitled to vote or the public interest.

Coming into Force

3 These Regulations come into force on June 1, 2011.
