P.C. 2007-1892 2007-12-10Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 19(1) of the Nuclear Safety and Control ActFootnote a, hereby makes the annexed Directive to the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Regarding the Health of Canadians.
Return to footnote aS.C. 1997, c. 91 In regulating the production, possession and use of nuclear substances in order to prevent unreasonable risk to the health of persons, the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission shall take into account the health of Canadians who, for medical purposes, depend on nuclear substances produced by nuclear reactors.
