By-law No. 3 of the Canadian Human Rights Commission
P.C. 1978-646 1978-03-02His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to section 64 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, is pleased hereby to approve the annexed by-law of the Canadian Human Rights Commission which limits the filing of complaints arising under section 11 of the Canadian Human Rights Act until June 1, 1978.
By-law No. 3
A by-law restricting the filing of complaints made pursuant to section 64.
Be it enacted, and it is hereby enacted:
that the filing of complaints of the establishment or maintenance of differences in wages between male and female employees as prohibited by section 11 of the Act, shall be limited to the extent that such complaints will not be considered before June 1st, l978.
