1 This Order may be cited as the Allowance Exclusion Order.

Interpretation

2 In this Order,

Act
Act means the Public Sector Compensation Act; (Loi)
allowance
allowance means any allowance, bonus, differential, premium or other emolument or benefit referred to in the definition wage rate in subsection 2(1) of the Act; (allocation)
group
group means a group of employees identified by a code and listed in Schedule II. (groupe)

Circumstances

3 For the purposes of the definition wage rate in subsection 2(1) of the Act, the allowances that are not included are the allowances set out in column I of an item of Schedule I that are paid to an employee of a group set out in column II of that item in the circumstances set out in the provision referred to in column III of that item.
