Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. (1) Paragraphs 21 and 22 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Thunder Bay — Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge — Twps. of Blackwell  and Goldie

21. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and 17 in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 590 in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Townships of Blackwell and Goldie.

District of Thunder Bay — City of Thunder Bay — Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge

22. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and 17 in the City of Thunder Bay in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate 250 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as 20th Sideroad and a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Pole Line Road in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge.

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

District of Thunder Bay — Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge

28. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and 17 in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate 30 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the roadway known as Oliver Road and a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Pole Line Road.

District of Thunder Bay — Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge — Village of Kakabeka Falls

29. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and 17 in the Village of Kakabeka Falls in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate at its intersection with the Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park entrance and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 590.

(3) Paragraph 8 of Part 5 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Part 6 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Thunder Bay — Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge — Village of Kakabeka Falls

8. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and 17 in the Village of Kakabeka Falls in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate 30 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the roadway known as Oliver Road and a point situate at its intersection with the Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park entrance.

2. (1) Paragraph 30 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Thunder Bay — City of Thunder Bay — Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge

30. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and 17 in the City of Thunder Bay in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate 250 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as 20th Sideroad and a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Pole Line Road in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge.

(2) Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

52. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and 17 in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 590 in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Townships of Blackwell and Goldie.

(3) Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

District of Thunder Bay — Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge

36. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and 17 in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate 30 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the roadway known as Oliver Road and a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Pole Line Road.

37. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and 17 in the Village of Kakabeka Falls in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate at its intersection with the Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park entrance and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 590.

(4) Part 6 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Thunder Bay — Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge — Village of Kakabeka Falls

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and 17 in the Village of Kakabeka Falls in the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate 30 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the roadway known as Oliver Road and a point situate at its intersection with the Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park entrance.
