Amending Reg. 737 of R.R.O. 1990

(Local Services Boards)

1. (1) Subsection 38 (2) of Regulation 737 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) The boundaries of the Board area are those described in the Schedule.

(2) Section 38 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

SCHEDULE

All that parcel or tract of land in the Territorial District of Cochrane and being that part of Moose Factory Island described as follows:

Commencing at the northwesterly corner of Lot 2, Registered Plan M-140 C;

Thence southerly along the westerly limit of the said Lot 2 to the intersection with the most northerly limit of Lot 1, Registered Plan M-376 Coch.;

Thence westerly along said most northerly limit to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 1, Registered Plan M-376 Coch., being also the northeasterly corner of Part 1, Deposited Plan CR-312;

Thence westerly along the northerly limit of Part 1, Deposited Plan CR-312, to the northwesterly corner of said Part 1;

Thence southerly along the westerly limit of Part 1, Deposited Plan CR-312, to the southwesterly corner of said Part 1;

Thence easterly along the southerly limit of Part 1, Deposited Plan CR-312, to the southeasterly corner of said Part 1, being a point in the westerly limit of Lot 1, Registered Plan M-376 Coch.;

Thence southerly along the westerly limit of said Lot 1 and the westerly limit of Centre Street, Registered Plan M-376 Coch., to the southwesterly corner of said Centre Street;

Thence easterly along the southerly limit of said Centre Street to the northwesterly corner of Lot 71, Registered Plan M-376 Coch.;

Thence southerly along the westerly limits of lots 71, 70, 69 and 68, Registered Plan M-376 Coch., to the southwesterly corner of said Lot 68;

Thence westerly along the northerly limits of Lots 74, 73 and 72, Registered Plan M-376 Coch., to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 72;

Thence southerly along the westerly limit of Lot 72, Registered Plan M-376 Coch., to the southwesterly corner thereof;

Thence westerly along the northerly limit of Horden Street, Registered Plan M-376 Coch., to the northwesterly corner thereof;

Thence southerly along the westerly limit of the said Horden Street and its southerly prolongation to the intersection with the southerly limit of the road between Lots 4 and 10, as shown on Registered Plan M-140 C;

Thence westerly along the southerly limit of said road between Lots 4 and 10 to the southwesterly corner of Lot 10, Registered Plan M-140 C;

Thence in a generally easterly direction along the southerly limits of Lots 10 and 8, Registered Plan M-140 C, to the southeasterly corner of Lot 8 South of the road, as shown on Registered Plan M-140 C;

Thence northerly along the easterly limit of said Lot 8 South of the road to the northeasterly corner of Lot 8 South of the road, as shown on Registered Plan M-140 C;

Thence in a straight line, across the 66 foot road between Lot 8 South of the road and Lot 8 North of the road, to the southeasterly corner of Lot 8 North of the road, all as shown on Registered Plan M-140 C;

Thence northerly along the easterly limit of Lot 8 North of the road, the easterly limit of the road between Lots 8 North of the road and Lot 7, and the easterly limit of Lot 7, to the northeasterly corner of the said Lot 7, all as shown on Registered Plan M-140 C;

Thence in a generally westerly direction along the northerly limit of Lots 7 and 2 to the point of commencement.
