Amending Reg. 735 of R.R.O. 1990

(Establishment of Local Roads Areas — Northwestern Region)

1. Schedule 30 to Regulation 735 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 30
LYBSTER LOCAL ROADS AREA

All of the Township of Lybster in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1104-4, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on October 27, 2006.

2. Schedule 64 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 64
WABIGOON AND REDVERS WEST LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the townships of Wabigoon and Redvers in the Territorial District of Kenora shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-694-3, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on October 27, 2006.

3. Schedule 71 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

MISCAMPBELL LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the Township of Miscampbell in the Territorial District of Rainy River shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-950-2, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on October 27, 2006.

4. Schedule 76 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

MCINTOSH LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the townships of Smellie and Bridges and that portion of unsurveyed territory lying north and west of the Township of Smellie in the Territorial District of Kenora shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-723-5, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on October 27, 2006.

5. Schedule 85 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

ZEALAND NO. 3 LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the Township of Zealand (Addition) in the Territorial District of Kenora shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-479-A4, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on March 9, 2006.

6. Schedule 99 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

BIGSTONE BAY LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the Township of Kirkup in the Territorial District of Kenora shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-498-B2, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on October 27, 2006.
