Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. (1) Part 3 of Schedule 5 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Grey — Twp. of Georgian Bluffs

27. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs in the County of Grey lying between a point situate at its intersection with the northerly limit of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 6 and 21 and Grey Road 18 (Springmount) and a point situate 820 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lake Street and Allen Street (Shallow Lake).

28. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs in the County of Grey lying between a point situate 527 metres measured northerly form its intersection with the roadway known as Joynt Street (Shallow Lake) and a point situate 518 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Stone School Road (Hepworth).

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 5 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Grey — Twp. of Georgian Bluffs

23. That part of the King’s Highway known as Highway No. 6 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs in the County of Grey beginning at a point situate 820 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lake Street and Allen Street (Shallow Lake) and extending northerly for a distance of 460 metres.

24. That part of the King’s Highway known as Highway No. 6 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs in the County of Grey beginning at a point situate 518 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Stone School Road (Hepworth) and extending northerly for a distance of 457 metres.

(3) Part 5 of Schedule 5 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Grey — Twp. of Georgian Bluffs

17. That part of the King’s Highway known as Highway No. 6 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs in the County of Grey beginning at a point situate 70 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Joynt Street (Shallow Lake) and extending northerly for a distance of 457 metres.

(4) Part 6 of Schedule 5 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Grey — Twp. of Georgian Bluffs

7. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs in the County of Grey lying between a point situate 61 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Stone School Road (Hepworth) and a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Highway 6/Queen Street and Bruce Road 10/Bruce Road 8.

8. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs in the County of Grey lying between a point situate 360 metres measured southerly form its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lake Street and Allen Street (Shallow Lake) and a point situate 70 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Joynt Street.

2. (1) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 75 to the Regulation are revoked.

(2) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 4 of Schedule 75 to the Regulation are revoked.

(3) Paragraph 1 of Part 5 of Schedule 75 to the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 75 to the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
