(Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2008-2009 School Board Fiscal Year)
1. (1) The definition of “2003-2004 grant regulation” in subsection 1 (2) of Ontario Regulation 85/08 is amended by adding at the end “as it read immediately before it was revoked”.
(2) The definition of “2004-2005 grant regulation” in subsection 1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding at the end “as it read immediately before it was revoked”.
2. (1) Sub-subparagraph 1 ii A of subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
A. the total of the amounts distributed to the board in respect of the 2009 calendar year under subsections 237 (12) and 238 (2), section 239, subsection 240 (5), sections 250 and 251 and subsections 257.8 (2) and 257.9 (1) of the Education Act, under sections 447.20 and 447.52 of the Municipal Act as made applicable by section 474 of the Municipal Act, 2001, under subsections 364 (22) and 365.2 (16) of the Municipal Act, 2001 and under subsections 331 (22) and 334 (14) of the City of Toronto Act, 2006,
(2) Sub-subparagraph 1 ii D of subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is revoked.
(3) Sub-subparagraph 1 ii F of subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding at the end “and”.
(4) Sub-subparagraph 1 ii G of subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is revoked.
(5) Paragraph 7 of subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “333 (14) and (16)” and substituting “333 (14)”.
(6) Paragraph 8 of subsection 14 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “333 (14) and (16)” and substituting “333 (14)”.
3. Paragraph 6 of section 41 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
6. Add the amount, if any, set out in Column 2 of Table 10.1 opposite the name of the board to the total of the amounts determined under paragraphs 2 and 5.
4. Paragraph 59 of subsection 49 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 57” and substituting “paragraph 54”.
5. (1) Sub-subparagraph 1 ii A of subsection 63 (3) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
A. the total of the amounts distributed to the board in respect of the 2009 calendar year under subsections 237 (12) and 238 (2), section 239, subsection 240 (4), sections 250 and 251 and subsections 257.8 (2) and 257.9 (1) of the Education Act, under sections 447.20 and 447.52 of the Municipal Act as made applicable by section 474 of the Municipal Act, 2001 and under subsections 364 (22) and 365.2 (16) of the Municipal Act, 2001,
(2) Sub-subparagraph 1 ii D of subsection 63 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.
(3) Sub-subparagraph 1 ii F of subsection 63 (3) of the Regulation is amended by adding at the end “and”.
(4) Sub-subparagraph 1 ii G of subsection 63 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.
6. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Table:
