1. For a Commission public body listed in Column 1 of Table 1, the individual who holds the position listed in Column 2 of the Table is prescribed for the purposes of clause 44 (4) (a) of the Act.
Revocation
2. Ontario Regulation 376/07 is revoked.
Commencement
