Amending Reg. 433 of R.R.O. 1990

(Tender Fruit — Marketing)

1. The definition of “tender fruit” in section 1 of Regulation 433 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

“tender fruit” means nectarines, peaches, pears, plums, sour cherries and sweet cherries produced in Ontario. («fruit tendre»)

2. Section 3 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(3) Processors of nectarines are exempt from this Regulation and producers who sell nectarines for processing are exempt from this Regulation in respect of that sale.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
