RECORDING OF EVIDENCE BY SOUND APPARATUS ORDER 1. Any device, machine or system that is capable of producing digital audio recordings and that stores the recordings on a magnetic, optical or other medium that is suitable for permanent retention is approved as a sound recording apparatuses within the meaning of the Act. 2. The Recording of Evidence by Sound Apparatus Order, N.W.T.Reg. R-042-94, is repealed.
