19. Transitional Provisions

The Minister may make regulations providing for such transitional arrangements as shall be necessary for the coming into force of this Act.

20. Regulations

The Minister may make regulations prescribing anything under this Act which is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for the better carrying out of the objects and purpose of this Act, or to give force and effect to its provisions.
