An Act to apply certain provisions of the Commissions of Inquiry Act to a tribunal appointed in terms of section 111 of the Constitution.

1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Appeal Tribunal (Supplementary Provisions) Act.
2. Application of Commissions of Inquiry Act
The provisions of sections 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 17 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act shall have effect in relation to a tribunal appointed under section 111 of the Constitution and its proceedings as they have in relation to a Commission appointed under the said Act and the proceedings thereof.
