MARINE BOARD (FERRY SERVICES FARES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS
2015

The Minister responsible for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 97 of the Marine Board Act 1962, makes the following Regulations:

Citation
These Regulations, which amend the Marine Board (Ferry Services Fares)

Regulations 1992 (“the principal Regulations”), may be cited as the Marine Board (Ferry
Services Fares) Amendment Regulations 2015.

Amends regulation 1A
Regulation 1A of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting in proper

alphabetical order the following—

“ “adult” means a person who has attained the age of sixteen years;

“special person” means a person of or above the age of 65 years who is
resident in Bermuda or a person who satisfies the Minister that he is
suffering from a disability, whether physical or otherwise, which
hinders him from embarking on or disembarking from a ferry
unaided;”.

Revokes and replaces the Schedule
The Schedule to the principal Regulations is revoked and replaced with the

following—

Commencement
