Commencement

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by section 2 of the
Government Fees Act 1965, makes the following Regulations:

Citation
These Regulations, which amend the Government Fees Regulations 1976 (the

“principal Regulations”), may be cited as the Government Fees Amendment (No. 2)
Regulations 2015.

Revokes and replaces Head 3
The Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by revoking and replacing

Head 3 with the following—

“ Head 3
Allied Health Professions Act 1973

(1) Applying for registration to practise a specified profession
under section 5

(2) Applying for renewal of registration to practise a specified
profession under section 5A

(3) Fee for late renewal of registration to practise a specified
profession

(4) Requesting a certificate of professional standing regarding a

Amends Head 6
Head 6 (Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act 1956) of the principal

Regulations is amended by inserting the following after paragraph (22AB)—

Revokes and replaces Head 16
The Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by revoking and replacing

Head 16 with the following—

(1) Issuing a certificate from the Director of Planning under

2002 for—

(a) registration under regulation 5 $5,000

(b) provisional registration under regulation 6 $5,000

(c) renewal of registration under regulation 8 $2,000

(2) Applying under the Public Health (Clinical Laboratories)

Transitional
Nothing in these Regulations affects the validity of a fee that is paid before the

coming into operation of these Regulations.

Commencement
Subject to paragraph 15, these Regulations come into operation on 1 April 2015.
