BERMUDA AIR TERMINAL (FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2015

The Minister responsible for civil aviation, in exercise of the power conferred by
section 6(2)(k) of the Civil Airports Act 1949, makes the following Regulations:

Citation
These Regulations, which amend the Bermuda Air Terminal (Fees) Regulations

1952 (the “principal Regulations”), may be cited as the Bermuda Air Terminal (Fees)
Amendment Regulations 2015.

Amends regulation 3
Regulation 3 of the principal Regulations is amended—

in paragraph (1) by deleting “First, Second and Third” and substituting
“First and Second”;

in paragraph (2) by deleting “Third Schedule” and substituting “Third,
Fourth and Fifth Schedules”.

Amends Fourth Schedule
The principal Regulations are amended in the Fourth Schedule (Aviation Security

Fee) by deleting the words “For each enplaned passenger $4.25” and substituting the
following—

“ For each enplaned passenger travelling to, or through, the United
States of America $8.25
For each enplaned passenger travelling to other countries $7.25 ”.

Inserts Fifth Schedule
The principal Regulations are amended by inserting after the Fourth Schedule the

Fifth Schedule set out in these Regulations.

Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2015.
