MISUSE OF DRUGS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2014

The Minister responsible for drug prevention, in exercise of the powers conferred
by sections 14 and 38 of the Misuse Of Drugs Act 1972, makes the following Regulations:

Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse Of Drugs Amendment Regulations

2014.

Amends Schedule 2
Schedule 2 paragraph 1 to the Misuse Of Drugs Regulations 1973 is amended by

inserting each of the following in its proper alphabetical order—

Chlordiazepoxide
Clobazam
Clonazepam
Clotiazepam
