MARINE BOARD (FERRY SERVICES FARES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS
2013

The Minister with responsibility for marine and ports services, in exercise of the
power conferred by section 97 of the Marine Board Act 1962, makes the following
Regulations:

Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Marine Board (Ferry Services Fares)

Amendment Regulations 2013.

Amends Schedule
The Schedule to the Marine Board (Ferry Services Fares) Regulations 1992 is

amended by deleting Parts A and B and substituting the following—

“PART A

WEST END AND EAST END SERVICES
FARES

1. Cash—
(a) Adult $4.50
(b) Child $2.50

2. Tokens $4.00
3. Tickets per booklet of 15 tickets (14 zone tickets)

(a) Adult $30.00
(b) Child $7.50

4. Motor Cycles (if paid by cash or token) $4.00

(i) Travel for 1 day

(ii) Travel for 2 days

(iii) Travel for 3 days
Adult $35.00
Child $17.50
(iv) Travel for 4 days
Adult $44.00
Child $22.00
(v) Travel for 7 days

Commencement
